Choosing to race a Reliant Scimitar may not have been to everyone’s liking, but this car once adapted for the track proved remarkably successful.

Built from a road car, the whole vehicle was prepped for the track, fitted with a roll cage and fibreglass bodywork, new engine and mechanicals, and then raced as the works GT car for several seasons.
